2. Our purpose
Generatereceipts is a tool for creating digital receipts for personal or business records, replacing lost receipts, or making mockups.
3. User-Generated Content & IP
All receipts and content are created by users. Users are responsible for rights to any uploads. ReceiptFaker does not claim ownership or take responsibility for copyright violations. To report potential IP violations, contact support@generatereceipts.com.
4. Prohibited Uses
Users can't use our tool for fraudulent refunds, false receipts for tax or reimbursement claims, or any illegal or deceptive activity. Misuse can cause termination and legal action.
5. Storage of Generated Receipts
Generated receipts is stored anonymously to provide examples to other users. Stored receipts are not linked to personal data. You may request removal or stop using the service if you do not want receipts stored. Receipts are never sold or shared beyond their intended purpose.
6. Disclaimer & responsibilities
We do not promise acceptance of receipts by businesses or institutions, error-free or uninterrupted service, or liability for damages from use or inability to use the service. You are responsible for how you use generated receipts. Fraudulent or illegal use is prohibited. We are not liable for misuse of generated receipts.
7. Payment & Refund Policy
Some features are free, others require payment or subscription. All sales are final unless required by law. Contact support for technical issues with purchased features.
8. Privacy, modification and governing.
Generated receipts are stored only as examples and are not linked to personal data. For details, see our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
